If you change your mind within 14 days of your purchase, you are of course welcome to return your ordered items to us. To register a return, please follow these steps:
- Make sure that all original packaging that came with the item is kept.
- Pack the item in the same condition as it was when you received it. You are responsible for ensuring that the item is properly packaged so it can be returned without being damaged or soiled during transport. Since the original packaging must also remain intact when the item reaches us, you must use an outer box. Attach the return label to the outer packaging, not directly to the product’s original box.
- Take photos of the package and email the pictures to us together with your order number and reason for return via this form >
- Wait for a return label and instructions from our returns department.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and sent back in its original packaging. A refund will be issued within 30 days from the date the item is returned to our warehouse.
Reforma covers most of the return cost, and you as the customer pay only £19 per parcel returned via a pick-up point and £49 per parcel returned via home delivery. Please note that all returns must be made using the same shipping method that was used to deliver the item from our warehouse to you.
If the returned item has been used more than what is necessary to determine its characteristics or functionality, Reforma reserves the right to claim compensation for the depreciation in value caused by the item’s condition. A deduction of up to 100% may be made if returned items are worn, dirty, or otherwise reduced in value to the point where they cannot be resold. If we determine that a returned product can be resold at a discounted price despite some use, we will make a deduction corresponding to the assessed loss in value. Products returned in new condition and in their original packaging will be refunded in full.
If you are shopping as a business customer, please note that the right of withdrawal and open purchase policy unfortunately do not apply.
