To handle a complaint, we need the following: Photo documentation of the defective product in its entirety, of the specific damage, and photos of the inner and outer packaging (if the damage concerns transport). If several products are damaged, we need individual pictures of all damaged items as well as at least one photo/video showing all defective articles together in one image/video. This is necessary for us to verify the number of damaged items. Please note that the process may be delayed if all photos are not submitted at the same time! All images must be sent in JPG format, and please note that files that are too large may be difficult for us to open.
